This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Ahnline. By using and registering with ahnline.com and participating in its events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not use ahnline.com or participate in its events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by Ahnline.

Right to Use
Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

The Ahnline.com Code of Conduct

1.	Please be aware you must be at least 18 years of age or older to register and use this service.
2.	Your membership with ahnline.com is for you and you only. You may not authorize nor give permission to others to use your membership. Furthermore, memberships are non-transferable.
3.	Impersonation of other another person is prohibited.
4.	The information you submit must be accurate and truthful when registering and when creating a profile.
5.	Content submitted by a member that contains any of the following will not be tolerated: information which is false, misleading, or that promotes illegal activities or conduct that is racist, abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, libelous, pornographic and/or sexually explicit.
6.	You are not to use ahnline.com for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
7.	You are not to send content that involves the transmission or communication of junk mail, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailings of any kind.
8.	The continual harassment of another member by attempting to communicate with them after being notified to stop will result in automatic member termination.
9.	The solicitation of money from any member of ahnline.com is strictly prohibited. Members shall not use our Service as a personal means to spam, advertise, or promote products or services to other members.
10.	Identifying information, including but not limited to your full name, phone number, address, IM usernames, e-mail address, ICQ number or any URL is prohibited and can not be posted anywhere in your profile.

Any violation of these terms will warrant immediate termination of our Service. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor the submitted content posted in the profiles of ahnline.com. Hyperion Ventures, LLC shall have the right to revise or remove any such content that violates or is alleged to violate any part of this agreement. Notwithstanding this right of ahnline.com, you as a member are solely responsible for the submitted content you post in your profile and email communications. All emails sent between you and other ahnline.com members that are not readily accessible to the general public will be viewed and treated as private by Hyperion Ventures, LLC., to the extent required by applicable laws.

Ahnline Events
Ahnline makes no representation to its participants or others that its efforts or services will result in any "matches" as defined within ahnline.com nor will result in any future meeting or date with other Ahnline event participants.

By registering for an Ahnline event you agree that you are single and are not in committed relationship. However, Ahnline does not investigate or otherwise check the validity of, or backgrounds of, any user or participant of its events including another participant's marital status. The participant agrees that it is the participant's full, complete and sole responsibility to effect these actions, if desired, to your satisfaction. Ahnline will hold no responsibility for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between participants that meet at an Ahnline event.

User agrees to not market, solicit or advertise any services and/or products to any participant of any Ahnline event during an event.

Limitation on Liability
In no event shall ahnline.com be liable to its' members or any third party for any consequential, exemplary, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages including also lost profits arising from member use of this site and/or service, even if ahnline.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the ahnline.com liability to a member for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, will be at all times be limited by the amount paid, if any, by the member to ahnline.com for the service during the subscription period.

Indemnity
The user and/or member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hyperion Ventures, LLC., its officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners from any and all loss, liability, claim, cost, demand, fee or expense (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and disbursements) arising from any claims, actions or proceedings brought against Hyperion Ventures, LLC., its officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners, by any third party related to: (a) your actions or inactions taken based on or made in reliance on information, services, or material on or linked to this site; (b) your violation of this Terms of Use Agreement; or (c) any information or materials you post or upload to this site.

No Warranties, No Refunds
Please be aware that ahnline.com's Service to its members is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There is the possibility of delays, exclusions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service. You acknowledge that the Service grants no warranties of any kind whatsoever. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member profile, advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the Service by ahnline.com or any user of the Service or any other person or entity. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, member profile, advice, statement or information shall be at your own risk. No refunds will be issued.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement changes
Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement may be updated from time to time. We will notify members either by email and/or on the homepage that certain changes have been made. It is in your best interest to read and fully understand these changes. If you do not agree to any changes made, you should cancel your account. Your continued use of the Service now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent changes.
